Stage 1 · Walkthrough
What's being added, and what the panel can carry.
Four services for residential and commercial clients, all carried out under our Florida licence.
Wiring for kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, workshops and commercial equipment. Load is calculated rather than assumed, circuits are sized properly, and work is laid out so a future electrician can understand what was done.
What's being added, and what the panel can carry.
Written, with materials and permit costs stated.
Pulled before work starts where required.
Scheduled, attended and closed out.
Existing service, panel and load.
Including permit and utility coordination.
Scheduled around the outage window.
Signed off before the job closes.
Older properties often can't carry what's being asked of them, and adding circuits to a full panel is how problems start. We assess existing capacity, coordinate with the utility where a service upgrade is involved, and bring grounding and bonding up to current code as part of the work.
A breaker that trips is a symptom, and replacing it without finding the cause is how fires start. We diagnose properly — load, connections, moisture, damaged cable — then repair what's actually wrong and tell you plainly if a wider problem has been uncovered.
When it happens, and what's running at the time.
Traced to the cause, not guessed at.
Quoted before it's carried out.
Tested, and the cause explained to you.
Items reviewed and priced.
What's genuinely required, and what isn't.
Carried out to code, with permits where needed.
Provided for the file.
Inspection reports raise electrical items on a deadline. We price the list quickly, carry out the corrections properly rather than cosmetically, and provide the documentation the buyer, lender or insurer asks for.
A free estimate and a written price, with no obligation.
